Our Story & Craft

Journey back to 2015 when our beloved 1972 Pizza Van, originally from sunny California, was meticulously transformed into a mobile pizzeria, complete with a traditional wood-fired oven. This marked the beginning of Duke's Pizza, driven by a vision to deliver exceptional stone-baked pizzas to every kind of event, from intimate gatherings to vibrant festivals. We pride ourselves on our craft: our fresh dough is made daily with just four simple ingredients—flour, sea salt, water, and fresh yeast—and proved for an extended period to achieve a delightfully soft and light texture. Our signature homemade sauce, bursting with the rich flavor of San Marzano tomatoes, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil, forms the perfect base. All our ingredients are prepped on-site at our Leeds unit, ensuring peak freshness. In 2018, we expanded our capabilities with an additional trailer-based oven, allowing us to cater in more diverse and compact locations. Both our ovens are designed for efficiency, comfortably baking 3-5 pizzas in just 60-90 seconds, ensuring your guests enjoy hot, fresh, and consistently high-quality pizzas, no matter the crowd size.
